Sunday, February 22 at 10pm our sweet Bear passed away peacefully in his sleep. We celebrated his 17th birthday in January, he was blessed with many years. He was a big presence in our home and that space is quiet now but we have a lifetime full of memories and he will always be in our hearts and forever loved.
Our sweet Bear, dad picked up your urn yesterday. You’re back home now. Your dads miss and love you so much and we’re a little lost without you. We’ll be together again someday. By the time you turn to look for us we’ll be right behind you buddy.

While I’ve known over one hundred dogs during my 75 years, none was as sweet as Bear. He will be missed and thought of often.
