My family adopted Belle during a really tough time. It was in the middle of COVID and I was struggling with school, friends, everything. My dad got belle for my 12th birthday and she was my best friend. Belle was always there and always so happy. She made this sound that almost sounded like a cat purring and it always made me smile. She was really good at making people laugh, whether it was chewing off a chunk of someone’s hair (funnier in the years that went on) or her, a 3 pound Guinea pig, making a 140 pound dog fear her in one day. She passed away on Sunday, after I said I loved her and it was okay because I had a feeling it was coming. When I got out of the shower to check on her and my other Guinea pig, Tinker Bell, she was gone. I prefer thinking of all the fun times I had with Belle and all of the amazing memories. When she came home the first time, I cried. It was so hard to send her away knowing she would come back in a box, but it brings me peace to know she is in heaven now. Belle was one of the best pets anyone could have asked for. I love her so much and I know for a fact that one day, I will see her again. I can’t wait to hold her again and to tell her I love her and I am so thankful for her for being with me.

“How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard”

Thank you for all of the love you gave Belle, until I see you again❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
