Luna

When Luna was adopted, she was only supposed to live for 3 months. With lots of love & care, she lived for an extra 2 years. During this time, she gave us more life than we gave her.
Luna loved laying on the screened-in patio in half-sun-half-shade; putting her paw on your plate so food would slide down and she could grab it; giving morning kisses; chasing her tennis ball around; pretending to go potty when it was medicine time so she wouldn’t have to do medicine (she was so clever!!); breaking into the treat jar; yelling at me to fluff her blankies; and snuggling on top of mom every night.
She will be remembered as a kitty who lived her life so authentically & unapologetically, and taught others to as well. She was a sweet old lady who also had some spice to her and has changed our lives forever.
