Minnie

With broken hearts we announce that our sweet Minnie passed away at home on Wednesday May 4, 2022 at 1:00pm. She was in the comfort of my arms, was pain free and she was wrapped in her favorite blanket, surrounded by our little family. After seven months of fighting two different cancers so bravely, Minnie’s little 6 pound body couldn’t fight anymore. She lost her battle and crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We are so grateful that since her diagnosis back in October 2021 she only had two bad days, the two days preceding her passing. We miss her terribly, but we know she will no longer be suffering, can finally rest and will be made whole in Heaven. It was love at first sight when she arrived in my life 14 1/2 years ago. She was the answer to prayers I had not yet prayed for. Minnie was a calming, sweet soul that loved her mama, her nana and…food! Crinkle toys were her favorite along with a Ziggy filled Kong. Her favorite foods were chicken and eggies, but most recently she was loving baby food!. She was a social butterfly and loved everyone. She always wanted to snuggle in your arms, in your lap and in the bed. Her love was gentle and quiet, but it was most certainly felt by all. Rest easy sweet girl, we will miss you every day until we meet at the Rainbow Bridge 🌈
