Quilliam had such a big personality, he didn’t like being touched or held much but he loved running around, going outside on nice warm sunny days and smelling around in the grass, he loved having scrambled eggs as an occasional treat, some boiled chicken and most of all he LOVED his bugs! I have spent so much money on bugs in the last 5 years. He spent his whole nights running around in his wheel and flipping everything around in this cage, you’d clean his cage and arrange it and the next morning you would find he rearrange it his own way. When he was done eating most nights he would fling his food bowl to the other side of this cage, you typically had to look for it the next night. He went on lots of adventures with us and even spent time at his grandparents house when we went out of town.
He’s the reason I always had a big box of hand warmers in the house, just in case our power ever went out and his heat lamp turned off. He gave us 5 years of smiles, laughter and love.
