It was in the middle of COVID and I was struggling with school, friends, everything. My dad got belle for my 12th birthday and she was my best friend. Belle was always there and always so happy. She made this sound that almost sounded like a cat purring and it always made me smile. She was really good at making people laugh, whether it was chewing off a chunk of someone’s hair (funnier in the years that went on) or he
