From the moment I called, to when I received my baby’s remains back, everyone was so kind and caring. After having a bad experience speaking with another cremation service, I was so relieved when I first called and spoke to Jesse. I was treated with kindness and respect. Fortunately, my amazing boss handled most of the arrangements with them for transport of my sweet Shelby to their facility and arranging a time for me to witness. From there, Lakesha took amazing care of us. I had called and asked her to take some additional hair clippings and requests on what was to be cremated with her. When I got there, she treated me like family and I could tell she took care of my Shelby like it was her own baby. I got to be involved with the engraving of her urn to make sure it was just right. I met the manager, Simone, and her sweet dog Trinity gave me some love and comfort. Lakesha ensured me she would be there to take care of Shelby until the process was finished. The very next morning, Lakesha hand delivered my baby back to me. I had never gone to witness before but I’m so glad I did. I was there for the placement of Shelby’s casket into the chamber and the ignition. It allowed me to be with her until the very end and helped give me peace and closure. I cannot thank y’all enough for the service and care you provide.
