My mom’s dog passed away this morning unexpectedly. I called four different places. Michelle was the only person who embodied what we needed. The compassion in her voice, the confidence in her information and her willingness to listen to our grief supported my confidence in sending our fur family’s remains with him. When Mizoud arrived, he too was very compassionate, careful, kind and prepared. This was so hard for our family, but Faithful Companion gave me faith in the process.
