Chris brought our Bug back to us and I was so impressed by the respect and honor he gave to the weight of that moment. I didn’t know what to expect, and frankly my broken heart hadn’t given it much thought outside of having her home; the kindness of presentation he gave to Bug felt genuine and authentic – we felt like she mattered and that made all the difference. We will cherish her paw print forever and the engraved box is absolutely beautiful. We are so grateful to Chris. We loved Bug for most of her life and will miss her for the rest of ours. She was part of our whole world and for that moment, we felt like Chris understood that as he brought her home.
