We lost both our dogs in under a year and are heart broken over this. There was a misunderstanding with our first dog, Misfit, and her remains were sent back to the vet for me to pick up when I thought she was going to be delivered to my home. That was hard but the girls at my vet were very compassionate handing her over. Gemma was brought to my house within 2 days by a very nice man who explained everything they did and listened to me as I vented about what happened to my girl. He let me go on and didn’t rush me. I can’t say enough about how that made me feel. I also loved all the keepsakes I received of my girls.
