I want to thank your customer care person, Andrew, for delivering my beloved Mittens, AKA Boo, back to her home. Admitting he was only 21 years of age, I asked him to come sit on the staircase with me as I looked through his delivery bag. Crying all the while. He sat patiently as I opened the beautiful box which contained her remains, and then looking at the wonderful ornament you prepared of her paw print. He was so kind and patient while I made sure that all my requests had been fulfilled. Thank you for your staff’s compassion and professionalism during a time of indescribable grief.
