Excellent experience. Their staff is extremely professional, compassionate and qualified. From the first call with Shelby to the last, they communcated clearly and with care. We chose the their basic service which included a beautiful cherry wood box with our pets ashes aesthetically bound in inside. All of this was placed in a quality gift bag with the “Rainbow Bridge” poem and other resources on how to handle the loss of your pet. From the time of our first call to the time we received his ashes was slightly more than 24 hours. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
