We lost our beautiful Australian Shepherd, Bandit, way too suddenly and many years too soon. I weighed the options that I had to make arrangements for him and, just by sheer luck, came across Faithful Companions in Nashville, Tennessee.

I drove to my Veterinarian’s practice to have them help me make arrangements for him. I had used my Vet with other dogs that we had in the past. Sitting in their parking lot, I couldn’t bring myself to take him in there and not know how he was handled and also face the multitude of other unknowns by allowing my Vet to handle this for me. I called Faithful Companions and initially spoke to Russ. Within two minutes I knew in my heart that these were the people that I wanted to guide me through this painful process.

I was pleasantly surprised by the calming demeanor and the sympathy that I was shown. I then spoke with Ryan, who helped me choose the correct path for us to take and had the best interest at heart for me and our sweet boy, Bandit.

Russ, Ryan, Nesha (That came to pick Bandit up), and Mary (that brought our sweet home) made an immeasurable difference in, what would otherwise be, a painful and heart-breaking task.

I want to thank all of you, including the many people that work silently behind the scenes, for Helping us through what would normally be an unthinkable task that I didn’t really understand exactly where to begin. God bless you all for helping all of us through a painful time in our lives and, probably, doing it many times without thanks.

Saying goodbye to our cat Cleo of 19 years was so heartbreaking. We want to thank Faithful Companion for their compassion in handling our baby girl. The sympathy card, urn, and paw print will always be cherished.

Saying goodbye to our beloved Jack Russell/Rat Terrier, Sparky, was heartbreaking. After years of successfully managing his heart health challenges, the loss felt sudden and overwhelming. He was more than a pet—he was family, a loyal friend, and a true example of unconditional love. It’s amazing how many lives he touched.

In those painful moments, Faithful Companion provided genuine comfort and care. From the first call with Jonathan to the kind and compassionate way Rob returned Sparky home to us, they treated him with dignity and respect, as if he were their own. The process was seamless, allowing us to focus on our grief and memories.

The beautiful urn, paw print, fur keepsake, and thoughtful sympathy card are treasures we will cherish always. We are deeply grateful for the kindness and support shown to us during this difficult time.
