My son’s pup Nova passed away yesterday morning at home. We used Faithful Companion services previously with our dog years ago so we contacted them again. We were very impressed with the compasion they displayed from the initial phone call to the fellow who picked her up in a very clean van. Today my son received her Ashes and the fellow who delivered it was so polite. This company deserves an A+.

Our beloved dog passed away at home and our vet recommended Faithful Companion to help us with the details. We could not be happier with everyone we spoke with and loving care they provided us. They truly care about the pets we love. Their service was beyond quick, compassionate, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them when this hard process happens again.

We lose Kody on July 5th. We knew would soon have to say goodbye his doctor had let us know in May but we still wasn’t ready. We’re heartbroken we promise him we would be there from the beginning to the end. We made the call to faithful companion at 7 something in the morning. They were there though the tears letting me know it was okay and they were right there with us. After letting the kids say their goodbyes me and my two older girls took him into the office from the moment we walked through the door they were there waiting and warmly welcoming us in even though we were heartbroken they answered every question we had. We knew Kody was in good hands and they was going to take care of him. Thank you faithful companion for everything you guys do my family is forever grateful
