Saying goodbye to our beloved Mei Mei was not easy. Our hearts are empty and broken. We want to thank Faithful Companion for the professional and compassionate way they handle our sweet baby. We received her back in a beautiful urn and with her paw print, which I’ll be forever grateful for. Thank you.

Today was one of the most difficult days in my life. Ladybug, a miniature dachshund that had been with me for 19+ years, let me know she was tired and ready to rest eternally. The Hermitage Animal Clinic staff assisted with the Rainbow Bridge crossing and made arrangements with Faithful Companion for the cremation. She was picked up within the hour and her ashes were returned less than 24 hours later. The wooden box and paw print are a perfect memorial and reminder of our time together. I am so thankful for the understanding, compassion, and professionalism shown during this time. Thank you from the bottom of my broken heart.

Our sweet Rocky was honored respectfully and promptly. The wooden box is beautiful and the ashes are preserved in a plastic bag that is put inside of a burlap bag in case we decide to remove any of the ashes for any reason, (such as having a piece of memorial jewelry made). I am very pleased with Faithful Companion.
