This is the second time I’ve experienced the care Faithful Companions gives. I was persisting for a friend of my mother’s when I walked in one morning to find the dog dead. Her owner’s vet recommended Faithful Companions to her, and she made the arrangements to have Snowy picked up later that day. I returned to meet the woman who came, and she showed me nothing but kindness and empathy. It made a hard situation much easier. So today, when I received my own baby girl’s ashes back from her vet and saw Faithful Companions name on the bag, I knew my Luna was taken care of as well as she deserved to be.

I have worked at Faithful Companion for over 3 years now. Interacting with all of the families and loved ones has been an honor and a privilege. Being behind the scenes everyday and knowing the process inside and out meant for me there was no other choice when we just lost our sweet Sophia. I knew that the level of care and attention to detail would be nothing less than spectacular and our fur baby deserved nothing less. Actually being part of the process for myself and having our baby girl home so fast just made me understand even more now how important it is what we do for families. I trusted Faithful Companion with my own baby girl, and believe me when I say they treat every pet and every family this way. Very thankful for everything.

From call in and speaking with Emily to discuss our appointment; to meeting with Steve to go over options and final return the next day, we are so appreciative of the support, attentiveness and excellent service we received for our beloved Cocoa Puff.
