I want to extend a heartfelt thank you for the entire team at Faithful Companion. From my first phone call the morning after our beloved Brimley passed away at home everyone we worked with was kind, patient and supportive. They made an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time easier for my husband and I. I was impressed with the time that Austin took with us and how he let us know the options available to us without being pushy. My mom came with me and told me that I had better treatment from the team at Faithful Companion than she did from the team that handled her husband’s cremation! When I posted about Brimley on a local dog lover’s Facebook page, another staff member reached out to me to offer personal condolences and assure me he had been well taken care of. I highly recommend their services.
