My name is Christian, and seven years ago, I left a review about Faithful Companion, praising the top-notch service I received from Matt. Monday 1/27, I found myself back at Faithful Companion seven years later, after the passing on Sunday of my beloved cat of 22 years.
I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Hunter, who guided me through the entire process with kindness and compassion, and to Bob (please correct me if I’m wrong about his name), who was incredibly supportive. Losing a pet is never easy, and because of the deep love I have for mine, I was profoundly grateful that they allowed me to be there from start to finish.
Even though Hunter never met my pet, he treated MoeMoe with the same care and respect I would have. Both he and Bob made the experience as comforting as possible welcoming us with open hearts, listening to our stories, and allowing us the space to grieve without judgment. Their understanding and kindness helped ease the pain, even just a little.
Life often takes me to different places, whether Florida, New York, or London but no matter where I am, I will always bring my fur children to Faithful Companion. The exceptional service, consistency, and genuine care I’ve received each time make it the only place I trust during such difficult moments.
To Hunter and Bob, my best friend and I cannot thank you enough for the compassion you showed us and our sweet MoeMoe. We are eternally grateful.
To the owners of Faithful Companion, I truly hope you recognize the incredible team you have. They are a blessing. And I also want to acknowledge Chris, who helped set up the appointment. He was understanding, personable, and made the process easier.
Your entire team made us feel like family, and for that, we are forever thankful.
