We just had to let our big girl Lexi go and it was one of the saddest days of my life. I cannot thank John enough for making the whole process so smoothly during such a hard time. I have had lots of dogs cremated before but this was the first time I had actually taken a dog to the crematory , usually they were picked up at the vets. I was so impressed by how everything was handled from the moment I walked in John was there waiting and so caring about my loss. The place was imaculant, dog signs on the wall & just a very calming atmosphere. I will definitely be recommending Faithful Companion to others, and fortunately but unfortunately will definitely be using them again for my other dogs. Thank you again so very much John.!
