Emma

  • Date of Passing: 02/13/2023

Our sweet Emma, a 20 year companion through all that life threw our way over two decades has died. She was always loyal, kind, and welcoming to all while casting her best affection with those who crossed her path. More memories than could ever be mentioned here now playing with all other companions across the bridge. Enjoy God’s loving care forever and know you are missed every day. All our love,

Picture taken approximately a month before death.

Dear Frank and Jennifer, I too will miss Emma. I was not a cat lover, but Emma changed that years ago. Many a time she sat on my lap. I had fun watching her and Frankie playing on the couch. It will be different when we come there and sad Emma not being there. Dad I know the ache of losing a pet, as they are family in every sense of the word... She was loving, caring, loyal, fun, and spontaneous! Looking at her picture, it was like Emma looking back and saying, "Goodbye" to us which broke our hearts. I loved when she jumped up to lay on my legs, allowing me to be "Her Person", for a few chosen minutes! We loved her too. So very sorry for your loss. Mom

I remember when Frankie was taking 2 little furballs and a rescue chihuahua (Lucky) home from WV to SC… Little Emma was his baby from day one. She chose him. She was smart, seemed almost aloof and sarcastic like her owner!! They were a perfect match. Emma was the real love of his life until Jennifer… and that little cat knew she had two parents at that point in a happy home. And it was Emma’s home - her playground inside and out. She ruled. What I loved most about Emma was she made my stoic brother laugh, belly laugh genuinely. He got her and she got him. We are so so sorry to know she’s left us but I am so so grateful Frank and Jennifer had 20 years with her. I hope she’s romping around with Lucky and all our pets on the other side of the rainbow bridge. Sending a hug and warm thoughts in your time of loss. We love you and loved Emma for being yours.
