Thank you, Holly, for 15 and a half great years. You were always so independent and brave, and ready for anything. You loved people so much, your whole body would wag with excitement and joy with the arrival of an old friend, new friend, or family member. I’m sorry we couldn’t fit in another walk, your favorite thing. You were with me through so much, and I love you and miss you. You’re a strong girl. Life will never be quite the same without your big presence. I’m sorry our bodies can’t go on forever, because I know your spirit would, and does. Love you, girl.

Thank you so much for the sweet post! It means so much. I miss the old girl a lot…She’s been around for so long; can’t believe she’s gone, even though she lived longer than one would expect. Hope you guys are well, and thank you for the kind words.

Everything that was said about Holly is absolutely true, in my experience. She was a wonderful, strong, loyal, faithful pet. What a great gift she was to everyone who knew her!!
