I just lost my fur baby cat Jazzy 2 days ago. We had always buried our pets,so this was a new experience for me and quite frankly didn’t know what to expect. When I called, I was crying and the lady was so very empathic,sweet and caring! She set up everything on the phone and Nicki came quickly to pick my baby up. I can’t express how compassionate, sweet, and caring she was! She listened,consoled me, and showed interest in seeing Jazzys pics. It was like talking to a friend who knew me and my baby! What an amazing young lady who made this experience so much easier!! I will forever be grateful to your company and especially Nicki! Thank you!!
