We called to inquire and the person on the phone was courteous, professional and showed an empathy level that felt so comfortable. Person doing pickup provided this same level of care.

We received our little guy back in the wooden urn along with a clay paw print that will be treasured.

They helped us tremendously though this difficult time. I highly recommend them.
