Many thanks to Devon & Chris. Devon took my phone call when I could barely speak. He was patient, kind & considerate while dealing with me & my emotions. Devon took preliminary info & set us up for an appointment the next morning.
Chris was the gentleman who dealt with us when we bought our precious Lucy Lu in for her cremation. She had passed unexpectedly & quickly so needless to say, our emotions were raw & fragile. Chris took his time with us. He made sure we had enough time with our Lucy. Nothing was rushed. Chris was very empathetic & patient while we went through our options. He did not try to “sell” us anything – he made sure we had exactly what we wanted & needed.
