My husband and I cannot express how wonderful the staff treated us during this stressful time. David greeted us outside, ready to assist in whatever way we needed him to. He explained everything to us, no pressure. Our beloved Scout was back home within 24 hours and the woman who brought Scout home was so kind and caring. (Didn’t get her name, too many tears) We highly recommend them
