My parents had to let their rescue dog of 8 years pass the rainbow Bridge. I’m in a town 2 hours away and was able to help take care of arrangements. The employees on the phone were fantastic and understanding. The gentleman who picked up Audrey was so kind to my parents and even brought back the pink blanket at my parents request. They were understanding with remains delivery going to my sister as my parents had to get out to grieve. Not even 15 hours and the remains and blanket were returned. This company and their employees are truly the best of the best.
