We appreciate the sympathy card and guided journal book that were included. These all were a blessings to us as we grieve her illness and death.

- Cleveland, OHWe recently lost our dog of 16 years. We loved Stella more than anything and we were completely devastated. The vet asked if we wanted a private cremation with the ashes returned, which we did. They said that Faithful Companions would be handling it. After receiving the services from Faithful Companions, we will always use them in the future. They delivered Stella’s ashes back to our door in 5 days. The guy came to the door, not carry the bag at his side, but holding it with the utmost respect. Her ashes were placed in a bag in a beautiful wood box with her name on it. We also received a plaster footprint, locks of her hair and even the titanium plates from her leg surgery many years ago. The compassion and caring meant so much to us, especially at that time. I want the people at Faithful Companions to know that the compassion that you showed and the peace of mind that you gave us truly made a difference in our lives. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Sincerely, Natalie Schindler
- Naples, FLSo compassionate. The 2 men that came to the house to pick Trixie up we were kind and honored our request. The next day someone brought her home to us. Our daughters bought urns and we took Trixie back and they divided her ashes up for us and were put in a nice velvet bag. Everyone we dealt with was so nice and respectful.
- Naples, FLCompassionate, caring, professional, clean facilities, pets handled with care. This is the second time we have used you. You gave us great comfort and answered all of our questions, and we are so grateful to Devin who was there for our babies both times. We recommend you highly.
- Charlotte, NCThey did a beautiful job with the memorial for our girl Layla. We are grieving over her loss but are so thankful to have her beautiful paw print along with her ashes at home with us.
- Nashville, TNI got Rex as a sophomore in college and he went everywhere with me, literally. He was my constant shadow and my best friend. Making the choice to let him go was the worst day of my life and a part of me went with him. Faithful Companion was so caring and understanding on the phone with me, we talked over options and I what I wanted for my sweet boy. They were so patient with my tears and questions. The very next morning I got a call that they were bringing him home. His memorial was perfect and everything I wanted for my Rex. They made it as simple as possible and no added stress to my day as I emotionally taxed out. Thank you so very much for your attention and care through this. I will forever be grateful for everything you did for us.
- Nashville, TNOne of the hardest decisions in life is "knowing when the time has come". The broken heart, the emptiness, the feeling of extreme loss. Grief. When we last saw our precious Charlie in his Faithful Companion box, it was comforting to know that he would be attended to with the utmost dignity. We thank you for your commitment to that. The timeliness of taking him into your care to Kelsie bringing him home lessens the anxiety of seperation. Saying Good-bye is hard enough and we're thankful for you making it just a little bit easier. Charlie is home...with God and with us.
- Northwest IndianaHow do I even begin to say thank you! We lost our Betsy completely unexpectedly April 13th. I first talked to Tom and how in the world he even could make out what I was saying with how upset I was is a miracle. Not only was he patient but so so compassionate and understanding. Ethan came to the house to get Betsy. Again the compassion and patience was out of this world. He did such a beautiful job making sure Betsy was comfortable and letting us take all the time we needed to say goodbye. The very next day Sal came and brought Betsy back home. He explained everything so clear and again the compassion, unbelievable! Betsy’s Urn, the paw print..with her name on the side and the hearts!!…Just beautiful!!!! I know Betsy is in a better place but thanks to Faithful Companion so is her family. Thank you so much!!!!
- Columbia, SCMy beloved Frenchie, Jack, crossed the Rainbow Bridge, Sunday 4/17 at CVETS. I was able to make arrangements while still at CVETS. Jack was delivered back to my home on Tuesday morning 4/19 in a beautiful, hand-carved wood box. I had ordered an urn from another provider, but returned it after seeing this stunning vessel. Everyone I talked to at Faithful Companion was so warm, caring and encouraging. Thank you, Mary, for your loving manner. I am so appreciative.
