It has been over a week and we still don’t have the remains. Finally got a call today after sending an email and voice message with no response. I called the pet euthanasia service yesterday to find out what was going on.
Supposedly remains to be delivered tomorrow. Will update if this indeed happens

I am so amazed by the compassion and the thoughtful paw print artwork. I have been so upset with my beautiful Angel passing and this was just so above and beyond my expectations of a crematorium. Thank you so much and the kind person that delivered my baby to me was kind enough to give me a hug. I really appreciate everyone’s support during this very difficult time for me
