Chris was the gentleman who dealt with us when we bought our precious Lucy Lu in for her cremation. She had passed unexpectedly & quickly so needless to say, our emotions were raw & fragile. Chris took his time with us. He made sure we had enough time with our Lucy. Nothing was rushed. Chris was very empathetic & patient while we went through our options. He did not try to “sell” us anything – he made sure we had exactly what we wanted & needed.

Our precious 12-year old German Shepherd (Duke) passed away suddenly at our home on a Saturday morning. This was also the morning of our son’s & his partner’s wedding rehearsal & luncheon. All the other pet cremation services were not able to come to our home until later in the afternoon. Fortunately, I called Faithful Companion & spoke with Jessie Walker & explained (with lots of tears) our situation. Jessie was at dispatch that morning, but he dropped everything & came quickly to help us with our Duke. Jessie was kind & compassionate & treated Duke with love. And then Jessie made a personal trip to our home a few days later to bring our Duke’s remains back to us. To say we are grateful to Faithful Companion & Jessie is an understatement. Heartfelt thanks & appreciation to Jessie.
