I was so comforted by the whole team. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so patient and kind as I cried and tried to answer her questions. The young man who dropped off the ashes was so warm and compassionate. The box and the packaging was so sweet and beautiful. The Grief Guide really help me and my husband talk through things and it gave me permission to feel my grief.

My baby passed suddenly yesterday. Today his ashes were delivered to me. Everyone was so nice and professional! Jojo’s box is beautiful. The was also a sweet card, Rainbow Bridge book mark, a grief guide and his paw print in stone. I highly recommend Faithful Companions!

Today was the 2nd time needing the services. The first one was the best I am experienced. They were so caring about the loss and made me feel so welcomed. They made sure I knew they cared about everything. Today David made me feel so at ease and I knew I was in the right place for the second time. I will use this place anytime I need them. Which I know with another pet being 15 might be sooner than later, however I sure know everyone will be there for me. They take the job very serious and make everything about this loss to heart. They make sure you know how they will take care of your beloved pet. I thank this entire staff for making this hard time feel a little better. Thank you all
