The cremation service for our beloved dog was ordered through Lap of Love. I received a phone call when her ashes were ready to be picked up. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and compassionate. The standard urn is beautiful and has her name engraved on it. It came in a branded bag with a card and helpful resources on grieving and loss. It was evident to me that my beloved dog was handled with respect. Thank you for your kindness and compassion towards animals and their families.
