We were at an emergency vet for our dog in Cincinnati due to him having grand mal seizures. The vet was gentle with me, my husband, and our dog. We received Paco’s remains back just 4 days after his passing. They were very respectful. My only complaint is that we didn’t receive a call 15 minutes before delivery like we were promised. Driver said “I couldn’t get the call to go through due to being on back roads” (YEA RIGHT).

We were treated with such kindness when we were experiencing intense sadness over losing our dog, Scout. We chose to witness the cremation. Chloe did our intake and Caleb was our operator. The process was clearly explained and respectfully done. Caleb asked about Scout’s personality, so we got to share some stories and pictures. It made us happy to reminisce with such an empathetic person. It really helped. We are grateful for Faithful Companion’s service, allowing us to bring our boy’s ashes home with us that night.

We rushed our sick dog to the ER on Dec,28 and sadly she had to cross the Bridge. But, we were so impressed by the respectful and rapid way we welcomed our Tika’s remains back home to Tiffin, thanks to you. Thank you.
