I want to thank Grace and the team at Faithful Companions for being so kind and accommodating during my family’s time of bereavement. Allowing me to spend time alone with her and being able to bring our other cats in is more than we could have expected. It showed us that it’s not just a business, its about caring for the ones we love & hold most dear. I appreciate all you done, Grace, to finally put my baby girl Shadow to rest. She was…is my joy and greatest love. Mommy will miss you my little one, daddy, Tribble and especially Princess will never forget you, my beautiful one. Mommy will see you soon.

I still can’t believe this is even real. No one ever prepares you to drop your dog off and received him back in ash. There’s literally no way to prepare for the unbearable pain. I didn’t know what else to do so I called the vet that saw our sweet boy last because no other funeral home returned our calls. Our vet, Cleveland Road Animal Hospital was amazing from start to finish. They said of course come in here and we will take it from there. We spent time with hank until it was time to go and the faithful companion came to get my sweet boy. I called to ugrade his urn because he was the bestest boy and deserved the very best. Every…single…person i talked to at faithful companion just felt so personal to me. They let me cry on the phone and i could feel a hug from their voice. I can’t thank them enough. In 24 hours the same sweet soul who picked our 4 year old Hank up is the same one who delivered him back to our door step. She ensured me that Hank was well taken care of the entire time. I am still just in shock how amazing this company is and how much they mean to my family now Thank you guys so much. You are truly special humans ❤️
