We lost our pet unexpectedly yesterday. We had never lost a pet at home so we did not know the steps to take. I contacted faithful companion and they were amazing. Zach was so sincere and helpful. He drove an hr to pick my baby up and then drove another hour today to bring her ashes to me. He seriously made this horrible situation easier for us. We will be forever grateful.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely Thank You all( The Tampa Team: Mark, Reggie, Shirley, and Cheyenne for the care and respect during this difficult time. Our beloved dog, Bentley, was old and passed away suddenly, and our Vet Metzler Vet Hospital of Clearwater, FL is partnered w/ Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services and how amazing Faithful Cremation Services were during this time. They delivered our dogs ashes the next day. We just brought the basic Urn and it had our dog Bentley’s name engraved on the Urn, which was beautiful. Not only did the Urn look so beautiful, they also included our dog’s paw print. This team is amazing. They had a sympathy card, a beautiful Poem, Rainbow Bridge, which I completely cried out of sadness of missing our beloved dog, but also the compassion cause they sent not only this beautiful poem but also sent pamphlets of Grief Support Guide. They have outstanding service and we are so very grateful for this team to be so caring and loving during this difficult time. Thank You all so very much!! ❤

I want to thank Grace and the team at Faithful Companions for being so kind and accommodating during my family’s time of bereavement. Allowing me to spend time alone with her and being able to bring our other cats in is more than we could have expected. It showed us that it’s not just a business, its about caring for the ones we love & hold most dear. I appreciate all you done, Grace, to finally put my baby girl Shadow to rest. She was…is my joy and greatest love. Mommy will miss you my little one, daddy, Tribble and especially Princess will never forget you, my beautiful one. Mommy will see you soon.
