- Northwest Indianamarch 23rd, I went to vet and it was decided that my patches was too far gone, won't go into all that was wrong. I trusted the vet in the decision...appt. was after 1pm. By the next day, not even 24 hours, I received the call, my beloved patches was back. I saw and read the booklet of how and what they do, I was so comforted in the way cremation is done. Thank you for being so loving to all of the pet owners that consider their pets as their human companions. I had lost my daughter 11-29-17, so to lose my patches a few months later, I don't know how much more I can handle. But, thank you again for your sensitive care with my patches. Thank you for your facility that can appreciate how pet owners go that extra mile for the love of.....all pets :))
- Northwest IndianaOn March 22nd my wife and I had to make the most horrible decision for our beloved Romo. The staff here are some the most genuine and caring people I have ever meet. They did their job with care and dignity and made sure that we got our boy home. Words can’t express the professionalism and care that our boy and I recieved. Thank you very much for services they were fantastic.
- Royal Oak, MIWe had to put our beloved Miniature Schnauzer Lucy to sleep last night. She was pronounced dead at 7:20 pm and Faithful Companion picked her up at some point last night and her cremated remains were dropped off to my house at 5:15 pm this evening by a Faithful Companion worker. Thank you for taking care of our girl and getting her remains back to us. This has been hard on all of us but especially my daughter and now she has relaxed that Lucy is home. I highly recommend this company and their services! Thank you again!
- Naples, FLI had to make the hardest decision in my life. Putting my beloved Border Terrier baby Poppy who was 9 yrs old to go over the Rainbow Bridge. The compassion, caring and understanding shown to me by Faithful Companion is beyond belief. Poppy went over the bridge on 2/24/2018. I got her back from Faithful Companion on 2/25/2018.She was supposed to be brought back to the vet on Monday but I could not go another night without my baby. I needed her home with me. I called Faithful Companion and Tim was so kind and understanding. He allowed me to come and pick up my babe so I could bring her home a day early. I miss her so much and he was so understanding and caring. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby for me. She has left a whole in my heart that will never be filled

- Royal Oak, MIThank you for the kindness, the compassion, the sympathy you expressed towards my beloved Bailey and my family as we faced the difficult decision to end his suffering. You treated him like family and that alone helped us cope with our loss. Our boy was brought home within 23 hours. Words can't express what a comfort it was to have him home. Thank you for all that you do. Know that what you do makes a difference. xo

- Naples, FLI actually live in Fort Myers, FL but Dennis with Faithful Companion was taking Dandy , a 6 year old English Mastiff, for cremation within an hour of when he died. They were back the following day with his remains in a beautiful urn we chose. They were also price competitive. My vet recommended Faithful Companion. Thank you Faithful Companion.
- Northwest IndianaWe lost a dog about 10 years ago and were completely unaware about the process of cremation. It took about a week to get her remains back, and the thought of our baby lying in a freezer all that time was very disconcerting. Unfortunately, we had to make that decision once again to put another one of our girls to sleep, but this time at a vet we love and who works with Faithful Companion. The vet tech told us she would be returned quickly, but we were so surprised to get a call less than 24 hours after she passed that she was ready to be taken home. It is so devastating to lose a pet, a family member, and our previous experience made us wary about where our baby's remains were and how they were being treated. When we picked up her ashes from the vet, we received her urn in a bag with her paw print, a lovely poem, and various paperwork about the company and her cremation. Reading about Faithful Companion's process put our broken hearts at so much more ease. Our baby was taken care of so quickly and carefully, not sitting in a freezer. She even got to be cremated with her favorite toy (that is such a special touch). You guys have no idea just how much your work helps heal the broken hearts of us who have lost our babies. The devastating blow of losing our Mia was softened when we found out just how well she was taken care of. Too much anymore do some services treat our pets like they are nothing. Faithful Companions treated her with respect like she was a human (and we'd argue she was more human than dog with her personality). I will recommend your services to anyone I know who must go through this tough time. Thank you thank you thank you.
