Bella

Bella was the sweetest, gentlest, most loving Golden Retriever any family could hope for. She was a loyal companion for 11 years, and was full of life until the last moments when she passed. She was there to comfort us with a paw and a lick during sad times, and in good times, was the first one to jump in the pool / ocean / lake to catch the ball a couple times before laying down to relax. She loved treats, the water, sleeping upside down, corkscrewed, and sleeping as close as possible to people to the point overheating (especially when she could pant her amazing breath onto your face). Most of all she loved her people: at Camp Coach Lamp, at Wynstone, and her new babies starting in 2020. Bella’s spirit and unconditional affection gave us an all-too-short insight into the power that love can have, even when words aren’t needed to express it. We wish Bella many energetic play sessions with Gretel, Brandy, Shelby, Mocha, and Molly in doggie heaven. And we hope there’s an all you can eat doggie buffet there, because she’s more than earned it. We love you Bella and will miss you until we see you again. Be a good jar jar Bellars for us while you wait for us to throw you the ball (and a treat) again.
