Chevy

Chevy was my best friend. I rescued him from the shelter in 2006, when he was approximately 5 years old. He was my friend for over half my life. His favorite things were sneaking kitty snacks out of the litter box, snuggling with us, and chewing things (often times things he shouldn’t have!). He was a fierce protector in his younger years, despite his long and squatty size, and loved to bark at the door until his hearing went in late 2019. Kidney failure was diagnosed in May of 2021, and we did everything to keep him with us as long as he was comfortable. We made the hardest decision to put him at rest. We miss you best boi.
