Chloe Stoeppel

I never wrote a memorial for our Chloe because life was crazy at that point. My nephew was born the same day & everything was a bit of a blur. I feel I owe her one.
We picked her up in September of 2006 after my sister left for college. (My mom said when each kid leaves for college she needs another dog.) Chloe was so playful as a pup but scared of everything. Even a pizza box. She hated fireworks, thunder storms & cameras but boy did she love peanut butter & any other food she could get her little mouth on. She wasn’t a big snuggler but she loved her booty rubs. Throughout her life, she got sick a couple times & we thought that would be … “it”. The vet never knew what was wrong with her but she pushed through. Unfortunately, in October of 2018, her kidneys failed her & she was so weak she could no longer walk. The afternoon of the 5th, I could see it in her eyes, she was ready. It’s never ever easy to say goodbye to a loved one, especially a furry one. I can’t wait to meet her again at Rainbow Bridge where there is no more pain, heartache, or tears.
