Emma Jean

10 years ago out in El Paso, Texas, Marlene and myself got ourselves a beautiful 8 week old German Shepherd puppy. She grew up fast. She went through her crazy ear phase, massive growth spurts, and even graduated her basic obedience school. We got her a friend while out there, Gracie, our rough collie. She took on the motherly role even though she was only 4 months older, cleaning her and yelling at her when Gracie acted the fool. Today 24 November 2022, Emma received her Angels wings. Cancer and tumors got the better of her and we could not stand to see her suffer. So the toughest decision was made and my baby girl is now at peace. There is a huge hole in our hearts as we do not say goodbye to our sweet Emma, but until we meet again. Emma, mommy and daddy love you very much. Your work here on Earth is done, watch over us from above. When we get there, I know you will be waiting at the door.
