Geoffree, we were not ready to say goodbye. From the day we first met, Shand knew you were out there. He described the cat he knew he would have someday and I found you 3 months later. From then on the two of you were attached at the hip. 13 years was not enough time with you, no amount would have been. Our first baby, you meant more than the world to both of us. Our life, our family and our home will never be the same without you. How will we ever look at a running sink the same? Who will Khloe herd around the yard? Archie’s baby kitty. Freddie’s cuddle buddy. Who will bear hug our legs and sip water while we read the morning news? We wish so badly we could have kept you forever. We can only hope you know how loved you were, Henry was waiting on the other side of the rainbow bridge to greet you and that someday the hole left in our hearts will hurt a little less.
