5 years will never be long enough, Lou. As an eternity could ever be long enough either.
I miss you more than I’ll ever miss a single soul in my lifetime. You are my protector, my guidance, my strength, my love, my support. I’d give anything to smell your sweet forehead, to feel the comfort of your powerful body, to watch you run wild and happily in the wind, to play fetch again with you and watch you go happily crazy over the sight of a stick again.
Thank you Lou, Thank you for being such an amazing part of my life. Most importantly, Thank you for your everlasting unconditional Love. As with, I can hope to find the peace in knowing that you’ll always be with me.
