Guinness

Guinness was our empty nest Morkie. We wanted someone to come home to; Guinness more than fulfilled that expectation. Excited when we awoke, excited for a walk, excited for travel. His signature trick was ‘please, please,’ where he stood on his back legs and put his front paws together in a pleading manner. He slept every night curled up by dad. Always a gentleman, Guinness was a dog we could take into restaurants and stores that allowed it. He had the run of the house when we went to work. A feisty terrier, he barked at people at the door, geese in the air and squirrels on the patio. And always his dad’s shadow from garage to the bathroom to naps together. We are grateful his last day was a normal one while dad was still on Memorial Day vacay. We will forever miss those bright brown eyes filled with love and that curly wagging tail.
