Dear Tori,
I was just a kitten when we first met and I fell in love with you from the start. I was lucky enough that you came to the shelter to find a special furry friend and when you opened my cage, I just had to jump onto your shoulder and nuzzle your beautiful face. I knew you were the one for me, who would love me everyday, keep me safe, so you took me home that very same day. I was able earned a special place into your heart.
Good times we had together, taking pictures together, watching movies and sharing all life could throw at us. But years passed all too quickly, and my time has come to go. I know how much you will miss me, I know your heart is sore, and I can see the tears that fall when I’m not staring out the window for you to come home.
You always did the best for me, your love was plain for anyone to see. For even though it broke your heart, you set my spirit free. So please be brave without me, one day we’ll meet again at heaven’s door for when you are called to heaven because I will be staring out the window until we see each other again.
