My sweet Keeper. It is so quiet here without your greeting bark. You were the Keeper of the house and the most loyal friend. True to your breed through and through. I’ll miss hiking, camping, and swimming with you. Madden and Vale, your human babies, asked if you were playing fetch in Heaven and I assured them you were! I’m so thankful God gave us an extra month with you, a last Christmas, and time to say goodbye. You’re a GOOD girl and my heart aches from your absence each day. I know God is holding you now and I know he’s much better at it than me so I’ll smile for you. Walk with Him for all eternity and I’ll see you again when my turn to be in His amazing presence comes!
