I miss you so much, Macy girl. Thank you for loving me fiercely. I think it was pretty apparent that the feeling was mutual. You saved my life in 2009, and likely saved it indirectly countless other times. I just wish I could have saved yours this time. I wasn’t ready. But I was never going to be ready. You were my companion, my safe place, you never judged, you always accepted me for me, and were always excited to see me. What we had was beautiful, and I will forever be grateful for the time I had with you. Until we meet again. Love you forever.
