My dear Oscar. You left me far too soon at the young age of 12. My heart is broken. You were not only my best friend, my rock, my reason for living, but my baby. I will always miss you. I know you were sick and I just didn’t know what else to do. I hope you are running around green pastures barking at all the other boys and girls. Although you were my first boy, I know you were special. Your daddy will take care of me and he misses you, too. Bailey doesn’t really understand all of this but he keeps looking for you. Please look out for all of us as we carve out a new life without you. I know you would not want me sad so I will try hard to not cry anymore.
