Rascal

Rascal is Havanese and the day I seen him I knew I couldn’t leave him behind after we bought his Sister “Tessa Marie”. Rascal made his grand entrance into my Heart by running out onto the deck from inside the house across the deck and rolled down the steps and jumped back up and took off running again. Raising him was always fun because he lived up to his name and he was a very happy dog and had the most beautiful light brown eyes that had a way of just making me smile or laugh when I’d catch him living up to his name. His name came to me Instantly the day I first seen him. Rascal and Tessa became my Therapy K-9’s that helped me get through a divorce after 17 years. He forever changed my life and when the time came to walk him to the Bridge it was so hard to do but his pain was seen in his eyes and he fought for 6 months after his health issues came up. I held him in my lap on my pillow and covered up with his “nappy blanket ” and when we got to his Vet i knew I was doing the right thing by letting him go because I knew when I get to Heaven he will be there waiting for me, I kissed him on his head and told him I love him one last time on this side of the World and he was gone. My tears still flow often because my boy is no longer here to greet me because he’s there waiting for me. I Love you Rascal aka Bubba J
