Roxy

I adopted Roxy only a year and a half ago and was planning her upcoming 10th birthday. She had a tough life. Overbred and under cared for. When they found her in such bad shape, they didn’t even realize she was pregnant with one pup. Sadly he wasn’t well and died a few weeks after being born. It was just after that when I saw Roxy on the rescue site. I just fell in love with that sweet face and her beautiful blue eyes. I wanted another older dog when mine passed after 19 years. Roxy was such a sweet dog and just wanted to be pet and loved. Her last days came fast after what was thought to be a slipped disc turned out to be cancer. I had to let her go too soon. I hope I gave her a good life to help make up for some of the bad. Miss you Roxy Girl.
