Roxy Anna

In memory of my best girl Roxy Anna. She stole my heart. I adopted her from the Petapalooza at the Detroit Zoo in June 2008. I did my best to give her a great life in Troy for almost 13 years. I am so sad she is gone and will miss her deeply. She had lost so much weight over the past couple of months and stopped eating last week. I believe she was telling me it was time to go.
Roxy was always getting away from me. She learned how to open the doorwall when she was two. She would sneak out and take off for awhile. She always came home. She knew her way all around the neighborhood very well.
One time she got away and was gone a very very long time and she took Jessica with her on an overnight extravaganza. The next morning they were found in the parking lot in front of Petsmart in Troy waiting for the store to open! What crazy smart girls! But now Roxy won’t be coming home. I love her so much and glad she was part of my life. Rest in peace my sweet, loving, beautiful Roxy Anna.
