My cat companion Josie died on July 25. I had arranged for the in-home vet to take her to Faithful Companion but decided to take Josie myself and stay with her during the entire process.

Luke is the associate who met us at the door, went over the business details, and performed the cremation. Luke explained each step of the cremation to me. It was actually reassuring to me to know what really happens instead of imagining something more upsetting.

I placed Josie’s body in the very nice “cardboard” box she would be cremated in and arranged her so she fit just right on the little mattress. Luke was extremely sensitive to my feelings and allowed me as much time as I needed to say my final, final goodbyes. before cremation.
